Our path is to share the rich cultural heritage and bridge the traditions of indigenous people to the western mind, with the purpose to walk towards a more conscious way of living.

We aim to bring their stories to the world, preserving their wisdom and teachings for generations to come.

Awen is inspired to create the essence of inspiration in alliance with the tribes of the earth to bring back the alignment with our original pure state of being. Weaving with peace, connecting people together to unify the light of compassion.

walking a path of joy.

Awen - inspiration - in spirit.

the actual word "awen" means "inspiration"

or "essence" in the celtic language.

the word itself is formed by combining the two words, "aw",

meaning a "fluid", a "flowing"’, and "en",

meaning a living principle, a being, a spirit, an essence’.

So Awen may be translated literally as

‘a flowing essence’, or ‘spirit in flow’.

the symbol of awen is related to the breton symbol

called the "tribann" with a nod to the "trishula",

the trident held by the hindu deity, shiva,

as well as the trident of poseidon.

the Awen symbol is composed of three convergent rays, like paths, leading to a high point, a dot (or three dots) similar to the indian bindhu : which's meaning is "drop of water",

in other words "source of life".

the path towards the origin.

the three rays are said to represent

the harmony of opposites in the universe.

each ray carries various meanings,

which are equally significant and come in sets of three.

they stand for past, present and future.

love, knowledge, and truth.

male & female energy and the balance between the two,

earth, sky and sea or the three pillars of wisdom,

symbolising truth, the balance of life and existence.

chanting the word Awen three times is one of the methods applied by the druids for opening the individual spirit to the spirit of inspiration. the chant takes the form of a long, low, vibratory mantra, sounding like ah-oo-wen, similar to the hindu "Aum".

which is the universal sound, that opens up the heart and soul.
